Our Build Process
A custom van should be carefully considered before it is built. Our process moves from discovery and design through construction, delivery, and ongoing support, keeping the project clear and aligned at every stage.
Mango Vans Build Process
-

DISCOVERY
Every great build starts with a conversation. We'll learn how you plan to use the vehicle, what you need it to do, and what matters most to you. Together, we'll explore ideas, priorities, budget, and timing to make sure we're starting with the right vision and a clear path forward.
-

DESIGN
This is where the build takes shape. We finalize the layout, materials, finishes, systems, and major components, working through the details before construction begins. The goal is a clear, well-defined design that reflects how the vehicle will be used and gives everyone confidence in what we're building.
-

BUILD
This is where the plan becomes real. Our team completes the custom van build in our Fort Lauderdale shop, integrating features such as cabinetry, electrical systems, climate control, plumbing, seating, windows, exterior equipment, and connectivity. Whether it's an adventure van or commercial vehicle, we keep you updated throughout the build so you always know how the project is coming together.
-

DELIVERY
The best part is finally making it yours. We walk you through every system and feature, show you how everything works, and answer questions along the way. For commercial projects, we can also provide comprehensive training for the full team that will be using it.
-

SUPPORT
Our relationship continues long after the keys are handed over. We're always available to help with questions, system operation, refreshers, or training new users as needs change. Many clients also return over time to add new features or expand their systems. Whatever comes next, you have a knowledgeable team to turn to.
