Lucia is a scientist, diver, science communicator, and world traveler. She came to Boston after finishing her PhD in Argentina. Her life is a quilt of scientific findings in cancer and environmental health, and journeys around the globe with a small backpack hoarding only memories of places and friends. When the idea of Mango Vans emerged during a kitesurfing trip in DR, she immediately thought it would be her way of inspiring others to enjoy the freedom of minimalistic traveling and the outdoors.
